Participant Group Structure and Mentor Selection

• Approximately 20–25 participants will be selected through a competitive application process

• The 20–25 participants will be allocated to five groups based on their experience, interests, and skills.

• Each group will have a designated core mentor, with some mentors supporting across multiple groups as needed

• The organising committee will review participant and mentor applications to select participants and to match groups with appropriate Primary Mentors
