Time Commitment and Expectations
Before the Program
Primary Mentors will be asked to:
Confirm availability and commitment to the full inSPIRe program dates
Indicate areas of expertise
Review brief background information on assigned participants and their project ideas
Participate in pre-program communications or planning discussions as required
Contributing Mentors will be asked to:
Confirm availability for selected inSPIRe program dates and sessions
Indicate areas of expertise
During the Program (19-25 January 2027)
Mentors are expected to:
Attend core program sessions relevant to their mentoring role
Meet regularly with their assigned group (formal and informal sessions)
Provide feedback on presentations, draft ideas, and group discussions
Support a collegial, safe, and inclusive learning environment
The program includes structured sessions, group work, and some social and cultural activities.
After the Program
Primary Mentors are encouraged to:
Maintain informal contact with mentees where appropriate
Support ongoing collaboration, manuscript development, or grant ideas emerging from inSPIRe
